Infinix has launched the latest of its smartphones under its Note series – the Infinix Note 8. The launch comes about 5 months after the Hong Kong-based smartphone maker unveiled the Note 7 and Note 7 Lite. The two models are currently on the market and we can only be excited about what they have in for us.
Infinix Note 8 sports a 6.95-inch HD+ IPS display with a punch-hole at the top left corner. It comes with Android 10 alongside XOS 7.1, and employs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the inside, it possesses an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC running on 6GB of RAM and 128GB of in-built storage. The storage can be expanded via a microSD card to up to 2TB.
When it comes to cameras, the Note 8 has a quad rear camera setup. This accommodates a 64-megapixel primary camera accompanied by two 2-megapixel cameras and an AI lens. For the selfie-lovers and those using the phone for video calling, the 16-megapixel main camera and a secondary portrait sensor on the front does the magic.
The device comes with a 5,200mAh battery supporting 18W fast charging solution via USB Type-C port. Other features on the Infinix Note 8 includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is currently listed in Deepsea Luster, Iceland Fantasy, and Silver Diamond colour options
