In March, we told you of the start of Huawei’s email service beta testing for interested users to experience ahead of the official release. As we write, Huawei has finally launched the Petal Mail, a new e-mail service that offers various new services and works as an all-around solution within the entire Huawei ecosystem.
According to the official listing, the Petal Mail service works as a regular mail app but is powered by Huawei cloud technologies that help you to sync all of your mail across different Huawei devices.
Worth noting is that this mail service fetches user information from Huawei ID including username and other required details when used on Huawei devices. The Petal Mail address extension is followed by @petalmail.com.
Huawei Petal Mail Features
If you acquire one, your address can be used as your Huawei ID, so you can use it to access other Huawei services too. You should also be able to log in to your inbox using other verification methods linked to your Huawei ID. These include authentication features like Face Recognition, Fingerprint ID, or SMS verification.
With the email service, you can send and receive emails with ease, including cc’ing and bcc’ing, attaching files, and more. You can also manage your emails efficiently by swiping and tapping.
Additionally, you have the ability to organize your inbox by starring, archiving, and deleting emails, marking spam emails, and more. Plus, you get real-time email reminders so you never miss a thing.
Huawei Petal Mail is available to download from AppGallery. Furthermore, Huawei has also rolled out this mail service through the official Petal Mail website, which could be available globally. Check the mail service website for details.
