Class 5 of the eFounders Fellowship

Applications for Class 5 of the eFounders Fellowship are now open to entrepreneurs from Botswana, Cameroon, Chad, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Founders who participate in the Fellowship are exposed to the latest trends in e-commerce and digital innovations, access to business leaders across Alibaba and China, as well as an opportunity to connect with like-minded, leading entrepreneurs in your region.

The eFounders Fellowship is jointly organized by Alibaba Business School and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), who are implementing the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.

According to organisers, Class 5 of the eFounders Fellowship is looking for entrepreneurs who are open-minded, building enterprises for long-term success and are willing to learn and share their experiences and ideas.

Criteria for enrolling in Class 5 of the eFounders Fellowship

To enroll in the Fellowship, an entrepreneur MUST be a founder or co-founder of an officially registered digital venture that has been in operation for at least 2 years.

The venture you founded MUST be headquartered, located in or operates in one of the aforementioned countries.

To participate in Class 5 of the eFounders Fellowship, you will have to submit a referral, be able to provide your official business license, and you should be below 35 years old.

Applications will close on March 17, 2019.
