Online shopping startup Kweli.shop (a brand of Dreamstar Digital Limited) has announced an expansion of its home deliveries service (also called door-to-door delivery) to 580 town councils across Uganda.
Through a partnership with Nation Courier Service (a brand of Monitor Publications Limited), the home appliances and electronics store has taken this very important step, giving customers in upcountry cities, towns, and districts the benefit of getting fast and safe door-to-door (home) deliveries in any part of Uganda within 24 to 48 hours.
Previously, door-to-door delivery was reserved for customers in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, and Jinja City.
“This is only but one of the major steps toward democratizing counterfeit-free shopping. We believe that people regardless of where they live or work should be able to conveniently access and buy genuine appliances and electronics.” – Stephen Obeli, Chief Executive said.
FREE Same-day and Next-day home deliveries to 14 Cities
The company has also announced the expansion of its FREE Deliveries Service to all major cities across the country. Customers in the cities stand to enjoy FREE home deliveries on all their orders irrespective of their bulkiness.
The free delivery destinations include; Jinja, Mbale, Soroti, Lira, Arua, Mbarara, Masaka, Hoima, Fort Portal, Gulu, Entebbe, Kampala, and the whole of Wakiso district.
