As promised, Microsoft officially unveiled its new Windows 11. Much as we expected much of what was announced, the best news of the unveil is that the software maker is committing to make it a free upgrade for Windows 10 users. Just like how Windows 10 was free for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users, this new version will be free for existing Windows 10 users.
There is a lot in stock for users. Expect a number of new features to come with Windows 11. These will include a new UI, with a Start menu overhaul, performance improvements, and updates to improve multitasking. It as well includes access to Android apps through Amazon’s Appstore.
Who is eligible to get Windows 11?
It all depends on the PC you have! There are some basic requirements you ought to meet so as to install Windows 11 on your PC. If your device does not meet these requirements, you may not be able to install Windows 11 on it and might want to consider purchasing a new PC.

When will Windows 11 be available?
Microsoft has not shared an exact release date. However, the company says the new operating system will be available through a free upgrade for eligible Windows 10 PCs and on new PCs beginning this holiday.
