Google Drive set to upgrade to Google 1

As Google continues to rule out its new technologies and updates of its products and services, Google Drive, among the most used products of the company — is set to change the name Google Drive to Google One.

Cloud technology has continuously shown tremendous growth, and the field is mainly dominated by Google, Microsoft and Amazon.

Google 1 is set to maintain services that Google Drive has initially been providing but having major upgrades following feedback from its users.

Google 1 comes with a family shared storage option allowing up to 5 users on the same cloud storage.

Each group or family can have privately secured space in this designated storage and all this comes under one bill which has not been the case in Google Drive.

The upgraded storage cloud also offers direct access to Google’s support team on products and services.

This comes at a time when the Google has identified that most of their cloud storage subscribers are the same customers for the other products and services they offer.

So with Google One you get one-tap access to experts for help with our consumer products and services.

Google One has reduced its paid storage plans and also provides more space for your Gmail, photos and videos in Google Photos and any other content you store on Google store.
