How to cancel your Showmax Subscription
1. On Mobile
On your mobile device, log in to your app profile. When the home page loads, look out for the hamburger icon in the bottom right corner. From here:
- Select “My Account” from the settings menu.
- Select “Manage Subscription.”
- Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription.”
2. Through the Web
Browse to the Showmax website, and go to your profile and sign in. In the top right corner of the homepage, click on your profile name. From here:
- Select “My account.”
- Select “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Cancel Subscription.”
